Decent cloud hosting, slow support

I signed up for their Cloud Hosting service. The server itself performs well for the price, no complaints there. I got everything configured without too much trouble. However, I had an issue with an SSL certificate installation and it took their support team almost 24 hours to get back to me. That felt a bit long, especially for something relatively simple. The issue was resolved eventually, but quicker response times would make a big difference. Overall, it's good value, but support could be faster.

Good VPS, quick setup

I ordered a Linux VPS Hosting plan from Ezerhost last week. The checkout process was straightforward, and I had my VPS up and running in about 15 minutes, which was pretty fast. Performance has been solid so far for my small projects. Support answered a pre-sales question I had within an hour too.

Detailed look at my Dedicated Server experience

I recently migrated my business website to an Ezerhost Dedicated Server, choosing one of their USA Data Center options. The ordering process was fairly smooth, just a few steps to configure the specs I needed. Delivery was prompt; the server was provisioned and ready for access within a few hours, which was impressive. I went with their unmanaged option, but their initial documentation helped a lot. Performance has been consistently excellent, handling my traffic spikes without a hitch. The uptime guarantee seems to be holding up well so far. I did contact support once about an IP allocation question, and while they eventually resolved it, it wasn't the fastest response. Still, for the power and reliability I'm getting, it's a solid choice. I appreciate the clarity in their offerings and the robust infrastructure. Payment was straightforward via card.

Amazing performance, so happy!

I just set up my Linux VPS Hosting with Ezerhost and it's been fantastic! The speed is incredible and everything loaded so fast. I was worried about migration but it was smooth. Definitely shopping here again. Will tell my developer friends!

Got my domain easily

Needed to register a new domain for a small side project, and Ezerhost popped up. The process was super straightforward, no weird upsells or anything. Just picked my domain, paid, and it was done. Easy peasy, exactly what I was hoping for. No complaints here.

Decent hosting, slow support

I purchased a Shared Web Hosting plan from Ezerhost and the actual hosting performance has been solid, no real complaints about uptime or speed. However, I had a small issue with setting up my email accounts and it took their support team almost 24 hours to get back to me. While they did resolve it, the response time could definitely be quicker. Overall, it's a good service for the price, but don't expect instant support.

Consistent service, reliable hosting

This is my third time using Ezerhost, and honestly, they've been consistently reliable. I first got a Shared Web Hosting plan a couple of years ago, then upgraded to a Managed VPS. This time, I needed another SSD VPS for a new client. Every time, the setup is quick, and the servers just work. I've never had any major downtime issues. Their support is always helpful when I've opened tickets, usually getting back to me pretty fast, even for minor stuff. It's why I keep coming back, really.

Good value for VPS hosting

I was looking for an affordable Linux VPS Hosting plan and Ezerhost had some really competitive pricing. I got a decent discount for my first month which was great. The setup was quick, and it felt like I got good bang for my buck. Definitely a smart choice for someone on a budget.
